Of all the items in the marketing mix, price is always the most important. This is amplified in this strong buyers market we find ourself in. We have found that if your home is overpriced, it doesn’t get shown very much. Buyers will disqualify your home without an “in person” showing and mark you off their list from the start.
How do we find fair market value? We conduct an in-depth Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that reviews similar homes sold in your area and than adjust for a variety of price factors (sqft, br/ba, yard size, master down, etc) to identify the market value. We also provide a range of pricing options within this CMA so you can identify your high, medium and low selling prices based on your individual needs.
Nothing is more important than price when it comes to showings, offers and ultimately selling your home.
