South Charlotte’s Best Custom Luxury Homes
What a great day I had yesterday. I spent a full day looking at high quality custom luxury homes with a fellow moving to Charlotte with his wife from Vermont- he is a bit older and wants this to be the perfect home for his wife. The perfect home? Not too large, built with high attention to detail, enough space (coming from 5 acres) and a high quality community.
We looked at Charlotte’s best luxury homes. Our day started at Lake Wylie- we looked at my listing at the Palisades, 13719 Grand Palisades Pkwy, a fine 5500 sf home he thought was a bit too close to the one neighbor, and then onto the Sanctuary where we looked at the former model, a home on Ninebark, and fell in love with the Jas-Am home on Green Heron.
Then it was on to Longview and Highgate. We saw a stunning inventory home at Longview by Hughes, a 5 bedroom, 5 bath beauty at $1,499,000. after quick stops at Bromley and Stratford, my client decided on Longview or the Sanctuary.
