Uptown/Southend/Dilworth, Charlotte’s prime condo market, there were 378 Condos sold in 2012 at an average price of $250,000, $195/sf and stayed on the market an average of 130 Days, at about 96% Sold to List Price. That’s a 6% average home price increase and a 5% increase on sold cost per square foot.
With interest rates at 40 year low’s, now is the time to buy, before prices or interest rates go up further.
