What criteria did I use to determine the nominees for the Top Ten?
1. The homes had to be completed, be new or “newer” built since 2004, and not particularly distressed.
2. Since they were Under $300,000, I thought they must have over 3000 square feet, and I looked for upgrades, hardwoods, granite etc- most of them have them.
3. I felt the community had to have value added features, like a pool and other amenities. This will help its long term value.
4. I had to like the look. Ugly houses didn’t make the list!
