The condo market had been especially strong in 2005-2008, but has suffered in 2009. Generally prices took a sharp fall in the 4th quarter of 2008, and held relatively steady thorough 2009. It is a strong buyers market.
Philips Place has a terrific restaurants, a wine bar, Dean and Deluca, theater and shops. And the new 2 story, very large, state of the art Barnes and Nobles at Morrison Place in Southpark is the latest addition.
